When I am your Buyer's Agent, I am paid by the Seller's Realtor so there is no charge to you for my services. As your Buyer's Agent, I represent you and you only. I have a fiduciary duty (just like a lawyer) to put your interests first.

As of June 15, 2018, a Realtor in BC will no longer be able to represent a buyer client and a seller client in the same real estate transaction.
