Buying on Salt Spring can be very difficult with prices often unrealistic. Some homes have ended up selling for close to a third of their original price. You need someone with experience and integrity to advise you.
When I am your Buyer's Agent, I am paid by the Seller's Realtor so there is no charge to you for my services. As your Buyer's Agent, I represent you and you only. I have a fiduciary duty (just like a lawyer) to put your interests first.
