We have purchased two properties with homes through Rob Irving within the last five years.  He has proven to be both professional and knowledgeable in the island's real estate market.  He has worked diligently in protecting our interests by following up with Island authorities on code, zoning, water and sewage questions. real estate.

I don't like house-hunting but Rob made it much easier in a variety of ways.  I liked how he would not just ask you to walk through each house freely, but would offer his own opinion on the pros and cons of each property we visited, based on what he learned about our needs and wants.  Even though we took a very long time (~18 months) to find the house that suited us, not once did he show any signs of becoming impatient. It gave us great pleasure to send one or two more clients his way.
